Summary
Jewell "Juli" Busken was a recent college graduate and talented ballerina with big dreams of opening her own dance studio. But those dreams were tragically cut short on December 20, 1996.
That morning, Juli dropped her roommate off at the airport and parked her car nearby. Witnesses later reported hearing screams coming from the parking lot—but by the time anyone responded, Juli had vanished.
Her body was found hours later near a lake. She had been abducted, raped, and murdered in a senseless act of violence. The case went cold… until years later, when a surprising DNA match pointed to a man already behind bars—and the brother of a woman who swore he could never be guilty.
