For most of 2025, Arkansas woman Charity Beallis had been going through a contentious divorce and custody battle with her estranged husband, Dr Randall Beallis. They had been fighting over custody of their 6-year old twins.
On December 2, 2025, a judge decided that Charity and Randall should have joint custody of the children. Charity was ordered to hand the children over to Randall on December 5.
On December 3, a welfare check was called in after Charity was unable to be contacted. When authorities entered her home, they found her and the twins dead.
Due to the tumultuous nature of the divorce proceedings, there were many questions as to how the mother and children died.
In March 2026, authorities released autopsy results. Charity took the lives of the twins before taking her own life.

I didn't mention it here. I won a competition earlier in the year where I get free coffee for a year at the cafe at my gym, which was great. So I go most mornings now and get my free coffee and they know my order. Like it's great. I've never ever had a place where I go to because I don't ever, never bought coffee super regularly. |
| 1:27.8 | I just make mine consistently yeah so anyway now they know my order it's great i go there most weekdays um the other day i was there and i ordered my coffee and i'm just standing to the side waiting and there's like an outdoor area where people were sitting and all of a sudden they hear all this screaming i'm like what is going on anyway i looked and there's like an outdoor area where people were sitting. | 1:44.3 | looking at these people, |
| 1:46.1 | and it was throwing sticks at them. I was like, it must have been sticks in the gutter, and it's getting these sticks and then throwing it down. What do the people do to piss them off? I don't know. And because, like, I don't know if you've ever heard a cockatoo squawk, but they're really loud. Yeah, they're really loud and it's like they're yelling at you a little bit. |
| 2:03.4 | So anyway, it they're really loud. Yeah, they're really loud and they, it's like they're |
| 2:01.8 | yelling at you a little bit. So anyway, it was throwing the sticks and then it turned around so its |
