I do think and strongly believe, Brian, that this roster is significantly more talented than any roster we've

seen over the Hugh Fries era and over the Brian Harsen era and most of the Gus Malzahn

teams. Like when you look at the size and overall ability, this team does pass the eye test as far

as what you want certain position groups to look like.

And to me, like, there's a lot of things that you've got to look at when you watch a practice in general and 8A in general,

especially, you know, whatever Saturday was.

I do think that there are traits and like overall length and size of this roster that we haven't seen in Auburn over

the past five or six years? I don't know if it's as good as 2017, but that team was probably

better balanced. Obviously they had a special running back. Sure. But I think this team,

especially in the trenches, is the best team since 2017. That's a great
