Sometimes, this means watching your children follow God into places outside of your comfort zone.

Karen Melby knows what it's like to feel that kind of discomfort.

Her daughter had a big idea involving orphans in Uganda, a paddleboard, and the fifth largest lake in the world.

Karen knew it was risky, and she wasn't ready to give her blessing.

I understand how, as a mother, the enemy can come in and try to destroy a relationship over fear.
