This week I sent out a letter to our Mosaic community and I want to take a moment to talk to everyone who is a part of us on podcast, live stream who comes to Mosaic here in Los Angeles who has benefited from all the good that Mosaic does all over the world.

I wrote a letter and I want to read the letter to you.

I rarely take a moment and read something, but this is important. I want to get the language right. Dear Mosaic

family, we are at the precipice of extraordinary opportunities as the church

family and with this comes great challenges. extraordinary opportunities as the church family.

And with this comes great challenges.

We have been stepping up and raising the bar of our faith and commitment

to reaching our city and serving those in need across the world.

I am writing this letter to you knowing that everything

that God has called us to do we can only do together. Today we face a unique

challenge as we have stepped into South Pasadena taking on the Rialta Theater while at the same time continuing our work from our location in the heart of Hollywood.

This is not to mention all that God has been doing on the west side through our Venice, Santa Monica campus as well.

We have seen literally thousands of people come to know Jesus and find a home here at

Mosaic.

These last six months have demanded much of us and the summer has been full of ministry but

soft and giving.

There have been so many global crises that have demanded our attention, prayers, and financial assistance.

This has created a significant crisis here at home.

I find that often good people are unaware of the need within the church

and thus give to many other causes in crisis.

We are facing a significant financial challenge at this time at Mosaic and we need everyone

to step into this moment and give above and beyond. I rarely ask, I rarely make an
