So here's the breaking story of the day, the Inspector General came out with the report

0:28.0

on James Comey and I'll skip to the punchline, they're not going to charge him with anything.

0:36.6

Even though they said in their report about James Comey that he set a dangerous example

0:41.2

for officials with access to government secrets and the fact that he got information to a friend

0:48.0

to get into the New York Times to try to trigger a special counsel. I mean, James Comey admits

0:53.0

that that's what he was trying to do. Comey violated FBI policy and the requirements of his FBI

0:58.3

employment agreement when he chose this path. The report said how you then skip to but we're not

1:03.5

going to charge him with anything. What's the point of having requirements and agreements if you

1:09.5

can break them and there's no penalty. Well, there's no penalty for the powerful. If you're a

said Mr. Comey instead damaged its reputation. He was insubordinate by keeping hidden from

1:42.3

justice department leaders. His plans to hold a news conference on the Clinton investigation

1:46.6

and violated department policy by publicly discussing the inquiry. So I think that's

1:50.9

indefensible and one of my favorite news conferences ever. But so I think that's six different examples

1:56.8

over two reports of how he violated the rules right in the FBI department in the justice

2:04.8

department, but he's not going to be charged with anything. Right. So half dozen times you can break

2:08.8

the rules. Well, man, what are you going to do? You shouldn't do that. We're giving you a warning.

2:12.3

There are criminal charges, but there will be no sanctions of any kind. If you're ever

2:16.7

FBI, or the pension or whatever, I don't know if he gets one, but if you're ever FBI director,
