Convicted murderer William Noguera was once the youngest man on California's death row. In 1983, the then-18-year-old and his 16-year-old girlfriend conspired to murder her mother, Jovita Navarro.
While in prison, he started to work toward rehabilitation. He became interested in exposing some of his fellow residents of death row. He began working to gain the trust of the serial killers he was incarcerated with. Some, like Joseph Naso, began telling him their biggest secrets.
Free now after around forty years, Noguera started his own podcast, Death Row Diaries. Oxygen is coming out with a show based upon his research on Naso, called Death Row Confidential: Secrets of a Serial Killer. It airs on Saturday, September 13 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time / Pacific Time, and then two new episodes come out at the same time a week later, on Saturday September 20.
