It's such an exciting Constitution Day for us, as we've been discussing, the Constitution

of independence that brings together America's greatest historians to write about the big ideas

constitution that you contributed to. We're so honored that

Justice Barrett wrote an essay on the habeas corpus clause. When we launched our interactive

constitution, you were paired with Neil Katyal, and you wrote a thousand words about what you

agreed the habeas corpus clause meant,

and then separate statements about what you disagreed.

And that model of bringing together people of different perspectives to write about every clause of the Declaration and the Constitution
