Let me pray, and then we're going to dive into all of this tonight. So, Father, we just commit this time to you.

We just pray that you would be glorified in our discussion. And Lord, we just ask for our eyes to be open to the things that are happening in this world.

And we thank you, Father, that you have revealed to us in your word, the principles here that we're going

to be discussing. And so we just pray you'd be honored in all things. Pray you would just continue

to bless Jonathan and use him for your glory. And we thank you for him being here tonight.

We commit this to you in Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. All right. So Jonathan, I'm going to open up with

a scripture passage that I think kind of summarizes where we're going tonight. This is Ephes

chapter 6, right? So this is verses 10 to 13. Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of

his might, put on the whole armor of God

that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood

but against principalities against powers against the rulers of the darkness of this age

against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the

heavenly places, therefore take up the whole armor of God, and you may be able to withstand

in the evil day and having done all to stand. So a lot of what we're seeing today, now we don't,

you know, we don't blame everything on the devil, but in a sense we can

because we live in a fallen world.

But clearly, things that are happening, the craziness in our culture, all of the evil

and the madness, that is in part the theme of the return of the gods.

Why did you, and this is, like you said, I remember when you were here in 2021, you told me you were working on this and you said it was going to be the most explosive thing that you had written.

Why did you feel led to write this?

Why is it the most explosive thing you've written so far?

Because one is, it's happening, it's accelerating, we're all dealing
