What an honor. This is fun. We were just hanging out in the back talking and I said,

okay, let's go do the same thing. Just do it out there. Man, thank you so much for being here.

Thank you for taking the time away from your busy schedule to be with us. Are there people

here that love to lead? And the greater question is, are there people here that love to learn?

You got it right, because anybody that's like, oh, I love leading.

You're not a leader.

I think leadership is learning, constantly desiring to improve.

Our saying on the podcast is, I can't promise perfection,

but I'm gonna try and promise progress,

trying to get just a little bit better.

I like how James Cleer talks about 1% improvement,

that if I try and improve 1% every day,

eventually through the compound of consistency,

I might end up getting pretty good at this.
