the Keala Foundation fundraisers, the ultimate Hawaii trail run. So we'll be hearing from him

later in the week. Lauren, you were recently on vacation, not Hawaii, but still.

No, I'm a little bit jealous of Tommy.

I know he's been before, but it looks beautiful.

But nonetheless, it was beautiful in the Outer Banks, North Carolina.

Now, I have a question, were you wearing sunscreen?

I was, but 14 men on the internet had to remind me in case, I wasn't already putting it on.

So thank you to everyone who slid into the DMs to let me know I was looking red and

toasty.

I'm not even, I'm just going to let that one go.

Just going to let like, I mean, that's where we are now where people think they need to advise an intelligent grown woman. Hey, you know when you're in the sun, what you ought to really do. It's worked for me and my friends. I've heard some things about it. Don't know if you know. Sunscreen. I'm so glad I have so many moms that are not moms, but they're probably dads. Yeah. Well, anyway, I'm glad you. I hope you had a relaxing time and had your SPF 30 or whatever it is that you prefer at the ready. Thank you, Sean. Yeah, you know, because safety fourth. Well, here's what we got going on today. Actually, it's a busy show. We're going to be later on. We're going to be talking to the Thunderbrough himself, Dave Lipson, and the 2014 fittest woman on Earth, who now runs for Rose Fitness, Camilla Blanc-Bazine. They are joining us together. That will be fun. Before we get to that, though, we want to just run through some news that has happened. First off, big congratulations to Sammy Mona's and Matt Fraser on the birth of their daughter.

Yes, no lie. And I mean, I think that I was talking to Presley, who helps run the HWPO account. And after she posted it, I texted her. And she's like, you wouldn't believe how many messages people were sending us just waiting for the post of the pregnancy or the birth, rather. And I'm just happy that Sammy and Matt were able to take some time for themselves and not post straight away on social

media and just enjoy being parents. I feel like both Matt and Sammy and Tia and Shane, you know,

it's like a royal birth. You know, there needs to be some sort of like royal cross-it ceremony with the two children
