I'm so excited to be here. By the way, I love your podcast and the premise of it that we can actually only get better a little bit at a time. Just a little bit. Just a little bit.

That's amazing. You know, that's James Clear. He says 1%. Like if you shoot for 1% a day and the compound of consistency,

you're going to get a lot of growth. So that's, that's, that's palatable. It's manageable to me.

I can't change everything, but I can change, change something. A little something, but don't you find

that hard to do sometimes? Like we want as a, we want the big change. We want the fantastic.

We want the, uh, well, yeah, because I think, you know, we're just so drawn to the explosive,

you know, it brings so much adoration, brings so much applause. But it's small, it's the small things. We know that. It's the small stuff.

Yeah. So I'm so excited. First of all, we both live in L.A. Can you believe that? No. Getting Northwesterners

down to L.A. is miraculous. It's unbelievable. It's unbelievable. And you've lived here how long now? How many years? We started coming

for what we thought was a one-time Bible study that became a once-a-month Bible study. Grace was

two years old. So that was 15 years ago, which is crazy. Makes us feel old. But then our kids,

we put our kids into school. Do you do timelines by kids age, by the way? Yes,
