So I've turned my heat

off but it's it's like a 30 degree day so okay so wait once the heat is off it doesn't come back on

is that yeah wow unless like that's like unless a snowstorm was happening and is that like is that like

is it like a pilot light scenario or what are what is it is it like a I have rules

okay all right I that's like strong dad game right there I'm not turning this heat back on

until October oh my gosh oh yeah I am a dad when it comes to that I'm paying to heat the

outside we have a lot to get to today. We have the age group

semifinal workouts have been announced. We're going to talk a little bit about those. Topline,

a couple of things. And then we have an interview with Brent Fikowski that Tommy and I did.

And we'll be bringing that to you as well. So let's jump into it. We have the age group semi-finals

are out. Workals are out.

Workouts are out.

Those begin this weekend.

So by Monday or Tuesday, we'll have a picture as to who is going to the CrossFit games for the age groups.

So we'll just go through these briefly.
