Brad Binkley and we have a guest today who is going to answer a lot of questions that we've been bouncing around on the air.

I'm very excited. I love to talk to lawyers. I know that maybe doesn't sound Congress in this world, but I just I feel like our only hope is the process the protections that we have the process is our friend I think so I'm very happy to introduce somebody who I have shared the screen with on Union of the Unwanted,

and I'm going to let him tell you about himself what he's doing, where he comes from,

and where he's going. So without further ado, I present Brian Festa.

Hi Brian, thank you for joining us.

Hey Monica and Brad,

nice to be here.

Thanks for having me.

So there's so much I want to ask you, but before we dig in, if you would, just briefly, I know you've told the story many times, but I'm hoping, I think a lot of my listeners would just like to hear that a little bit about the background of what you're doing why you know why you got into it what you've done so far and then what do you think we need to be doing right now.

Okay, so yeah, the reason I'm in this fight is a very personal one.

My son was vaccine injured, very seriously vaccine injured when he was only a year old by the flu shot.

So prior to that, I had a perfectly healthy baby with no no problems whatsoever was hitting all of the milestones, you know in the

first year of life that you're supposed to and was by all indications again perfectly healthy by you know every well visit we had you know until we were told you know when he was a year old that he needed to get a flu shot, you know, and we didn't know anything about this, you know, I haven't studied any of this. You know how it is before you wake up to the truth, you sort of just go along with whatever the doctor says.

The doctor says your baby could get sick and die if you don't get this.

So what do you do?

You get it, right?

So we did that and very quickly there was a downward spiral with his health having all kinds of digestive problems and later was diagnosed. I mean he started to he just you know lost whatever semblance of speech he had the beginnings of speech you know starting

you know to say words and string words together you know all of that was lost serious neurological

problems, he has autoimmune encephalitis, he has

uh, pans, he has autism, and his immunologist actually,

you know, years later admitted that it was likely the flu shot.
