Once again, everybody, it is I, your friend Positive Sean here on the One More Thing podcast, Friday edition, which means I have kicked Jack and Joe out of the studio.

I told him, hey, you guys go

get your weekend started. I was very stern with it like that, too. So they're off doing their

things, but that leaves us here just to hang out for a little bit. But doing something a little

different this time. This, what I'm going to play for you for the, essentially the remainder of this one more thing episode is I will be seating the remainder of my time to one representative John J. DeBerry Jr., a Democrat from Memphis, a House representative, I believe that's right, a Democratic state representative.

And this,

these words were spoken earlier this month, about two weeks ago. I just started seeing it

floating around on Twitter within the last 48 hours or so. I thought it was beautiful. It's

about seven minutes. It is, well, I will just let the gentleman from Memphis take it

from here. I hope you enjoy it and have a great weekend, everybody. I rise because I continue to hear

references to what I saw in growing up in this country and growing up in the state of Tennessee

as I walked with my father and

work with my father here in the state of Tennessee and Memphis, Tennessee, and across

this state and across this country, in the middle of what has been referenced to on several

occasions, the civil rights movement and you know people continue to

refer to this but I saw it I saw men and women stand with courage and integrity and class

and they changed the world they changed the world because what the world could see in them
