I'm I'm going to be. I am so excited about what is about to happen.

I am sitting here with two leading psychologists in the Dallas area, and these two people are very

close friends to me. And we're going to have a conversation tonight about mental health. And the

reason that we're going to talk about mental health is let's just be honest. Nobody is living

their best life right now. Like I feel that. There have been moments where I've been eating

like the world is going to end. I distinctly remember a moment probably a month ago where I was

like, I'm crushing life. And then three hours later, I was like, I don't know if I can do this anymore.

Do I really have any friends? Because I haven't seen them in far too long. And so I don't know if

that hits you right now, but I think all of us could really benefit

from just having an honest conversation about how we're feeling and how we are doing mentally.

So let me just introduce you to two really close friends. This right here, this is Dr. Christina Savagian. Christina is a partner at the

Sparrow House here in Dallas. Christina is an Aggie. She went to A&M. We actually took psychology

classes together, and she was one of my closest friends during my time at A&M, during our time at A&M.

She graduated A&M, she got her master's degree, she got her Ph.D.

And now she's a partner at the Sparrow House.

We have so many memories together, and it's just so fun to get to reconnect and to learn from

her today.
