talk to my friend, my colleague, and the former Patriots linebacker, Teddy Bruske himself.

component of the Sunday night matchup in Foxborough between the New England

Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers that will dominate the storylines heading into week four.

Of course, there are the storylines from week three.

And there are a couple of things that stood out to me right away.

Isn't it funny how all summer long we hear the fan

bases in Chicago and San Francisco and New England and Jacksonville and New York all clamor

for their rookie quarterbacks? And then lo and behold, the rookie quarterbacks get their chance

And we see what an overwhelming task it is to step in to try to save many franchises that are down and out and to try to elevate their play and develop as young quarterbacks when it is so hard to do when you're being pressured.

There's not a lot of talent around you and your team is losing.

Look at what happened this past weekend, week three.

There were five rookie quarterbacks that got the start this past weekend.

Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Justin Fields, Mack Jones, Davis Mills, and the five of them combined for an O and five record. All of them lost by double digits and all looked like they might be light

years away from being ready. Now, if we go back to look at the quarterback

class of 2018, at a similar point, networky careers, people might have asked the same questions
