Hello everyone and welcome to analyze this the self-help podcast that just can't

help itself. I am one of two Hanna's Hanna Gub and I will be performing the

roles of both Hanna's today because dear sweet Hanna Hart was feeling a little

burnt out which understandable she is very hardworking woman. I am also tired. Life's

just really tiring you know what I mean? Like for example I have to go find my

laptop charger. You know it's like you want to do something and okay here it is.

Okay crisis-averted. So yes it'll just be me today and I had an idea for this

episode. I have been very much stuck in my head for the past six months or so.

Trying to decide when and how to start a new chapter of my life I think is the

big picture. I know I need a change. I'm not exactly sure what to change. You

know everything one thing I kind of want to leave my job but you are all

probably aware those of you who listen to this regularly. But my brain has just

been trying to factor in every variable of every different move I could make

and just going in circles and circles and having the same arguments over and

over and meanwhile I'm just becoming more ill and stressed and confused from

all of this inner conversation that's going on. A lot of inner conflict. So I

thought it would be interesting to invite all of the differently opinioned

Hannah's to a conference and try to sort this out a little bit and I got this

idea from a therapist I saw several years ago who told me he kind of had this

theory that everybody has a conference room inside themselves of all these

different parts of themselves and very rarely is there equinamity. College

degree I'll send that right. Very rarely are all of the parts of ourselves
