You go to the average university into their classes that fall under that rubric, and you

will find woke ideology in virtually every subject, whether it's sociology itself or education or any of the other social sciences.

So it really comes as no surprise, although it should still shock us that there's a commentary that promotes the sexualization of children from a journal published by the American Sociological Association.

How does the American Sociological Association

in September Commentary titled Childhood Sexualities on Pleasure and Meaning from the Margins,

how does that fit into the larger woke agenda of the ASA? Well, interestingly, I mean,

a lot of these sociological and academic organizations, you know,

they're clearly coming from the left and you don't expect much conservatism from them or preserving

important institutions. But this one of getting us to think about childhood sexualities in new ways is even a bit of a jump for organizations like the American Sociological Association.
