This year is no exception. It's roughly just short of four million students across America will graduate high school. That means they're going to be

going into either the job force or higher education or a combination of both.

And roughly two million students are estimated to graduate with a bachelor's degree this year.

So between four and six million people are going to graduate between high school and college.

This is really fantastic, and it's a great time of year to reflect on the need to inspire young

people. And I always love commencement speeches. College commencement speeches, high school commencement speeches, they really tend to inspire.

And that's the point.

But I want to talk today about some commencement speeches that are combined with action.

Real actionable things to help the kids out. And it goes back to

the generosity that exists in this nation, that we are one of the wealthiest, generous

nations on the face of the planet. This story brings us to North Carolina,

to the North Carolina State University.

North Carolina, as we know, was the epicenter of Hurricane Helene.

There was a lot of devastation that happened in West North Carolina,

and it became a symbol of, in my opinion, resilience and togetherness.

And do it can-ism, if that is such a thing, just do it.

We can do it. We can succeed. We can come together as a nation

and we can rebuild. We can come together as a nation and we can hold up our brothers and sisters
