Summary

In this episode, we’re going to go over two stories that are profoundly tragic despite ending in what seems like a resolution. In the end, the resolution just isn’t quite enough. You’ll see what I mean. As always, viewer discretion is advised.

It was a simple two-sentence Facebook post that he needed to think

At the same time, there was part of him that didn't even feel like there was any other

1:10.8

option. So, he took a deep breath, hovered his cursor over the post button, and clicked it

sister Nicole, was up before the sun. At 15 years old, she was working a seasonal holiday job

at a mall located near her grandmother's house, which is where Nicole lived.

1:30.3

How she ended up there in the first place was complicated, and it all started when she was born in 1980s, Germany.

1:35.3

Before she could even form memories, Nicole's life changed drastically when her mother married a man named Ad van Denherk shortly after Nicole's birth.

Ad then relocated Nicole, her mother and his own
