President-elect Donald Trump scored an early political win when he claimed to have struck

a deal to save more than a thousand jobs at a carrier plant in Indiana.

But the details of the deal that have since come out have undercut to some degree Trump's

And in almost every campaign rally, he promised to keep American jobs in the U.S. offering

systems, which was planning to move about 2,100 jobs from two facilities in Indiana to
