How's the beach going? We've been getting a lot of rain this week.

It ain't rain. That's not good for beach. Does everyone get excited there when it rains?

Like people in Phoenix get excited because it doesn't rain very often here.

Well, people here get mad because keep in mind, most people here don't live here.

I mean, I shouldn't say most.

I mean, no, I can't say that.

I mean, most people come down here.

They own places and they rent them to whatever, but they'll come.

There's a lot of renters, a lot of and there's a lot of renter a lot of tourists here a lot of

renters and they're not happy when they paid whatever they paid or rent a place for a week and it

rains four to seven days you know they're no they're no they don't get excited they get man sure

then they drink so then they go to the bars so the bars the people to own the bars are excited
