I am your host and the publisher of Packer Report, Ross Uglom.

And today we are breaking down the Houston Texans offense coming into town.

And I got to tell you, they are a little bit stronger bark than their bite right now.

I expect that to change as the season kind of goes along.

But there were really high expectations placed upon this group coming into the season.

Those expectations are largely due to quarterback C.J. Stroud.

CJ is viewed as the new era of quarterback play.

Jordan Love often included in that conversation.

CJ had one of the better rookie quarterback seasons in recent memory.

And of course, that unfortunately for Bryce Young gets juxtaposed against how

unsuccessful Bryce Young has been in Carolina, Carolina obviously choosing Young over Stroud.

Stroud currently sixth in both the pro football focused PFF passing grade and their overall

offensive grading.

Many think he's a bomber, but without Nico Collins, that part of Houston's game is a little bit diminished.

He is a top five quarterback, though, in the NFL in that intermediate passing area, that 10 to 19 yards.

Green Bay's linebackers need to not get killed in this game.
