these days, right?

Any day, really.

0:28.4

All the days, there, like, I, I would say my number one pet peeve is when you think

0:33.8

you're eating something healthy and then you read the back and it's a bunch of bowl.

0:40.6

I'm with you. I'm with you. They'll trick you. You're in the right aisle. It's packaged like it's a

0:46.8

healthy thing. You could just tell by the rapper. It's not like some, you know, candy bar thing.

They're like, oh, there's like a, it'll have like one of those, um, things you see a, like a harvest full of like fruit and nuts and stuff coming out of it. Yeah, I might as well had the snickers I had been hoping for my whole life. Yeah. So it happens. A lot of times this stuff tastes chalky. It tastes chemically. So there's either like a

1:30.3

1:37.2

That's why we like monk pack. Monk pack keto nut and seed bars. They contain one gram of sugar or less and two to three grams of net

1:47.3

carbs and they're only 150 calories each, Aaron. Wow, that's awesome. Yeah, they're great for anybody

1:54.1

that's following a keto lifestyle and they're also the perfect snack for people that are just trying

1:58.2

to eat better or just trying to cut back on sugar that don't want to sacrifice taste. I'm in that camp. I'm, you know, I'm not doing anything too freaky diet-wise right now, but I don't want to have a bunch of junk and sugar, and I don't want to sacrifice taste. Yeah, and honestly, if I have something high in sugar, I start wanting more things high in sugar, so having something that's lower kind of keeps me

at a little more balance. Keeps you off that slippery slope. You mentioned balance. Well,
