Welcome to the brain food show. This is our last Christmas episode. I'm right about that

right. This is the last one I think it is. It is I had a bunch of other stuff

but I was like that's enough Christmas let's move on I was

getting bored with it I'm I'm getting I don't want to say that because we're just

about to crack on with an episode all about Christmas is a really good I'm

I'm going to be super low energy this episode.

Well you have to be interested like, I mean like the first couple we did, like the sledgehammer

one is one of my favorite, you know, and it's like that.

I'm like super interested of, you know, after, it's like, I don't know another Christmas one if I'm not

interested it's not going to come across as interesting you know when we talk about it

so like if we're not for bored you know that's true yeah there is other

interesting stuff but but this was the most

interesting so we just stuck with that and then we're gonna move on to other

interesting things no I have to say this episode you're right it has one of my favorite of all time as mentioned in

the podcast last week one of my favorite of all time episodes that we've done on

to their fan out all about the the riot at West Point so yeah we'll get into that are we doing a quick fact to get things off we are and so here we are it's basically
