You can end up just like over talking about your product and you can do all these things.

But when you, you're not in the product business first.

Like put a sticky note somewhere, whoever's listening to this, I'm in the people business

first.

Yes, you need to know about your product.

Yes, you need to have an above average, excellent set of product knowledge about your product

200%.

But when you have even more knowledge, prospect knowledge, knowledge about people, how

they operate what their heart wants, how to get information, a story out of them, that's

when you can actually guide them into the thing.

And you can have people centered conversation.

It seemed like every, even the, even our just pure hearted students feel like there's

got to be a way that I don't have to talk to so many people, right?

Or I can get out of conversations or I cannot deal with people because people are like

the hardest part of business.

They're also the best part.
