Hey everyone, before we get started with the main good faith topic, I wanted to say a little bit about what is happening in our political moment.

Like many of you, I've been watching whether Biden will drop out of the presidential race after his disastrous debate performance and what has been emerging troubling about his decline in his mental fitness.

Now for the record, I absolutely think he should drop out of the race

for the greater good. But before talking more about this topic I've been

waiting for the events to unfold more so we can explore the deeper spiritual

meanings evolved. My intention for good faith is to provide for all of you listeners a deeper examination

of the world than just the most current update

or the hottest take.

And sometimes that's best done by letting things in the world play out a bit.

So please know that I do want to get to this topic and I hope you'll wait for that.

In the meantime I do have an encouragement for all of our listeners.

What will happen for us as a country will largely be the

product of what happens inside the mind and heart of Joe Biden in the upcoming

That's all fine, but I'm struck about just how deeply personal of an experience this is going on and this is really something that is like I said happening deep in the heart and mind of a person

Joe Biden and I'm struck that the most consistent encouragement that scripture has for us in how we relate to our

political leaders is not that we get the latest update or worry and fret about what they will

or will not do.
