I'm very curious, Matt. I feel more refreshed after just a week away and just kind of resetting

the expectations. How do you feel kind of a week? And I know your responsibilities are a little

bit different from mine, but as a Nuggets only guy, I feel way more refreshed a week out must be nice Ryan must be nice to be all nice and rested got a little

nappy nap in yeah uh no it's uh I think it's easier I think it definitely easier and you needed it like

it was this was a I think a rough season for everybody everybody I think I think, and it's funny how that works,

where it's like if the team is going through it,
