You know, something that actually brings balance to the headlines for me is just to put on my party hat now and then to rejoice

in the good things God's doing. And today I have just the thing to celebrate because revive

our hearts has turned 20. On Friday, we celebrated the official anniversary as well as Nancy's

birthday, but we're continuing to praise God all month long for his faithfulness

over these last 20 years. And though our outreaches have grown and our approaches have changed over

time, especially with the use of technology, we have and will continue to keep pointing women

back to the truth of God's word. If you've been around, revive our hearts for any length of time,

you know a phrase Nancy says often is this. We need to counsel our hearts according to truth.

Cynthia from Houston recently called to tell us how she's been impacted by that message.

One thing that has really helped me and God has moved in my heart is something that Nancy

has reminded us on Reviver Hearts, and that is to counsel our hearts with God's truth.

And I know so many times many things do overwhelm me, and my emotions take the lead.
