One of enormous consequence and importance, one just absolutely dumb, but being treated as if it's like the first one.

Number one, Minneapolis, man arrested, is allegedly passing the counterfeit bills at a store.

The store calls it cops. The cops sees the guy answering to the description outside.

Has him step out of the car. He resists the rest. Tries to fight the cops.

The cops put him to the ground, cuff him and one of the coppers is kneeling on the guy's neck, the side of his neck.
