Before, though, we get to the calls. This was something I've thought about, but I never really checked out. I have this really weird interest in the origins of things.

And particularly language, the English language, which I speak for a living.

And while I've always wondered about it, I never actually knew the answer until I found it reading a book about Daniel Boone,

Daniel Boone of all things. Do you ever wonder where the term buck came from in reference to the dollar, you know, I got a buck. I want 100 bucks. And then where did the word dollar come from?

I mean, it's not like there's a lot of dollar currencies around the old world. Back in the old days,

the British currency was the pound, it still is, and the Spanish, the other people who were here,
