| 1:19.2 | which he said was going to revitalize the American economy as a big part of his economic program. |
| 1:24.5 | And you will see companies expand, companies come back into our country, companies not leave our |
| 1:30.3 | country anymore because taxes and regulations are so onerous. It's one of his top priorities. |
| 1:36.4 | He gets into office, his team starts working on it, but it's not what they do first in Congress. |
| 1:42.8 | Finally, we want a very big tax cut, but cannot do that until we keep our promise |
| 1:50.5 | to repeal and replace the disaster known as Obamacare. |
| 1:57.2 | What they try to do first is repeal Obamacare. |
| 2:00.0 | This morning, Republicans are fighting to pass a new healthcare plan. |
| 2:02.7 | Right now, House Republicans just don't have enough votes to pass the replacement to Obamacare. |
| 2:07.3 | And in the spring of 2017, that effort is not going well and neither is Trump's tax plan. |
| 2:16.3 | Why not? Well, the version of the tax bill that Republicans are working on |
