In uncertain days, it is important to remember that our world is getting ready to meet God.

Today, we join Scott Pauli in walking through the final book of the Bible, the revelation of Jesus Christ.

There are dark chapters in history, and just like there are dark chapters in history, there are also dark chapters in prophecy.

I mean by that, there are prophetical sections in the Word of God that are terribly dark because it is an accurate assessment of the judgment that is going to come.

And we've just walked through one of those dark chapters in prophecy in Revelation

It is the first six of the seven seal judgments.

There is a divine interruption in Revelation. Right in the middle of all of this darkness, there is a bright

spot. There is a glimmer of light. That's really what Revelation chapter 7 is. It is a bright

spot in a dark time. It's a reminder that even when Satan is free to work,

he is still limited by God, that Satan does not control all and he doesn't have everyone.

Let's just all pause and say, thank God for that. God holds him in check.

So in Revelation chapter number 7, we get a little parenthetical section

during the tribulation period, during the season of judgment on this earth that reminds us

that God is still at work. Let's begin in verse one. And after these things, I saw four angels
