update. As I'm sure a few of you can tell from the sound of my voice, I am just getting over

a sinus infection that I got late last week. What does this have to do with the podcast? I was in such a

day's Friday afternoon that I accidentally uploaded an episode of the JV Club to the

tights and fights feed. A number of you reached out and let me know about my mistake, which I was

very grateful for. But for those of you that didn't and you want your regular episode, just delete

the previous one that you downloaded and redownload it from the show page in your podcast app.

And if you listen to us via streaming on something like Google Podcasts, you may need to close out and quit the app before the

episode comes through on that page. And again, I am very sorry about that. One more note for you,
