Hey everyone. Have you been craving some why they did that since we released our season finale

a month ago? Then hopefully you'll enjoy this short thought. I would say my favorite book in the Old

Testament and maybe even my favorite Bible character in the Old

Testament is Nehemiah. From the first time I read the book, I was so gripped by

Nehemiah's enthusiasm for God's work and the way in which he led the people to

finish building the walls of Jerusalem in record time. In the first chapter, we find Nehemiah working as the king's most

trusted servant, his cupbearer. He hears news that his home, Jerusalem, has been pillaged

once again and is basically completely destroyed and wasted. Moved with compassion for his people and zeal for the reputation of God, he goes before

the king and requests the materials needed in order to restore God's city.
