It is I, Sam, of the Not Alone podcast, currently standing alone in a dark room.

I see remnants of what has been and promises of what will be.

I am here to tell you two things.

The first one is probably going to upset you.

And that's okay.

That's part of life.

Isn't it?

I don't know.

The second one, hopefully, will make you quite happy,

and it will be worth the travesty or tragedy or both of the first one.

The first announcement is that we are going to be taking the rest of the month of December off, which I know is a bitter disappointment, as we have put out, like, I don't know, three episodes in the last, like, five months, I think.

Is that right?

That average is around there somewhere, or at least it'll be that by the end of December.

Which directly leads me into our second announcement.

As many of you know, especially anybody who's listening this, been listening

this past year, we decided that we thought it would be best to go down to an every other week

schedule. That schedule then turned into a really whenever we can schedule, which then turned

into a, oh, wow, we really don't have a lot of time

schedule, which then led to things like this, where we have to take months off at a time.

And this has been just as dissatisfactory to us as it has been to you.
