| 1:24.0 | At that point in time I took my muscles to the point that there was nothing left of them right |
| 1:30.2 | and if you think of yourself kind of like a muscle a muscle in order for it to grow has to be broken |
| 1:37.0 | down. What you're actually doing when you're working out a muscle really hard is you're making |
| 1:40.7 | microscopic tears in the muscle so that therefore when the muscle regrows and actually heals itself |
