for that we have an awesome relationship and then grateful that um like you said you know you said you had a second chance at life and you're not wasting it even for me I think sometimes you know you're young you're busy with life you take little shit for granted and busy and you just don't think about it you just keep going absolutely that you like you inspire me to like take the health more seriously and even with mom and everything to like yes I just got my physical done recently you did yeah I'm glad I listen to and they found like the slightest thing it was like I was the slightest

vitamin D deficiency okay so you can take a vitamin D yeah super simple but it's important you know I think because we all need

each other and you're inspired me too because she's like I need you to go to learn from what I didn't do

mm-hmm a hundred percent and I also think I don't know if this is how you feel when you're young when you're

older like me you feel like you don't want to know mm-hmm and when I was in the hospital when my

girls were there and the doctor came in and she said you could do it now stay here and I was

already there three days already yeah and they were and I'm glad they did it because now you

it takes you two months just to get an appointment yeah yeah so I had all my tests and everything

there's no blockages or anything thank you God yeah thank God seriously yeah now I was saying even

for me though like at a young age it's not even so much like I don't want to know you're just like

oh I'm young like nothing's wrong but you just never know God forbid you know so it's definitely

important to get those checkups and catch what if goffa bit there's anything yes exactly
