A 20- old man dressed as a woman, ran over a 64 year old man who was out walking on Woodridge, she swerved over to hit him at a high rate of speed, backed up, hit

him again. She's black, he's white. She gets out and looks at him, walks away.

She gets out and looks at him, walks away, comes back, straddles him, takes a knife, slits his throat and kisses him, apparently nine times.

She's in panties and a bikini top. Here's a story from ABC 13. Only on 13. It may be one of

Houston's most horrifying murders caught on camera. And it happened in full view of neighbors in a subdivision near the Gulf Freeway and

the Pecan Park neighborhood.

And a car is coming, so it's clearly a hit. It's clearly a revenge for something or anger over something.

You can hear the screeching of tires.

And he turns back and looks and he's not even scared, which tells me this person who identifies as a woman, which means pretends to be a woman.

Anytime someone says they identify as anything, that means pretends to be. I suspect he's not surprised because this dude has

probably been rather dramatic with him before. My guess is this level of anger and the

kissing and the throat slitting and all that that's not a behavior that is conducted on a random stranger, especially

after you've clearly probably already killed him,ves into him at a high rate of speed, Channel 13 stops the

video. Probably be able to get the video at some point today.
