Morning, everybody. Welcome along to your free podcast for today, Thursday the 17th of September.

What a day. Actually, the funny thing was, this morning, it was actually quite nippy when I came

outside. A little bit of a breeze, a little bit of a sort of, ooh-hoo. In fact, I did tweet. I said

it's a little bit nippy out there this morning. And then probably later on it'll be fun.

I tell you one thing I've discovered, though,

if ever you've got sunflowers, boy, do they drink water.

I mean, yesterday I watered them, drenched them.

Drenched them.

It's one of my neighbours that's got,

the kids that put these sunflowers in.

There's about four of them.

Well, they've gone all limp. So I topped them up with water again this morning. They seem to drink it like it's good,

and then laugh at me. Ha ha ha ha, ridiculous. Poor old Gemma Collins, little Miss Talentless,

reveals how these injections help her shed three stone. It's called the lazy way to do weight
