Congress and the President have agreed on a massive spending plan just as the United States marks a record week when it comes to issuing debt.

We've just seen Congress pass more than a trillion dollars

in spending. Some of that dollars in spending.

And in a way, when you look at how in particular Republicans have been behaving with respect to spending.
