How are you?

We are in the midst of our country in protest.

We are still in a pandemic.

You're trying to raise youth.

I'm trying to exist somehow in your city. How are you?

I'm okay. I am not great, but I'm okay. I feel better this Monday than I felt last week. I think last week I had one of the hardest professional personal weeks that I've had in a really long time.

Look I think to see the murder of an innocent man on video like that,

like you don't forget that, like you don't get over that and so I think it's been incredibly brutal in this

moment as you know the CEO of an organization that is filled of like diverse women and activists who are struggling to make sense and who are angry and who are just tired.

I think it's hard being a mom in this moment and

raised. I have a four month old son and a five year old and just kept asking

myself like, how are we to change this country?

Right.
