0:37.7	Alastair Begg examines a story about a man who was similarly desperate to see Jesus.

0:56.4	Now with our Bible's open, let's ask for God's help.
1:01.1	Make the book live to me, O Lord.
1:05.0	Show me yourself within your word.

1:22.6	at the 19th chapter of
1:24.6	Luke's Gospel and you allow your
1:26.4	eyes simply to scan the two pages which should be
1:30.8	before you, then if you look carefully, you will realize that this is Luke's description of the
1:39.3	last personal encounter with Jesus before he enters Jerusalem. Following this, we have the
1:48.8	parable of the 10 minus to which we will come, and then in verse 28, the triumphal entry into Jerusalem.
1:56.6	This is the last occasion outside of the city when Jesus will have the opportunity to meet and greet those who are interested in seeing him.
2:09.6	And what we have in these verses is, of course, one of the most striking stories of conversion that is contained in all of Luke's gospel.
