Summary

The Lord never called us to be mere converts—He called us to be disciples. There is a difference. You can be a believer without being a disciple. A disciple is someone who continues in the truth of God’s Word until it makes them free. God wants us to grow in His Word and experience the freedom to live the life He created for us.

if you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth and the truth

shall make you free. So Jesus right

word and get set free. So there's a difference between a believer and a disciple and God never called

1:25.2

us to make believers. He called us to make disciples.

1:29.2

And our failure to make disciples in the fact that we've only just emphasized being converted

1:34.7

has done a lot of negative things.

1:37.6

One of them is it's given a lot of people false security.

1:41.6

They think that just acknowledging that Jesus is the son of God and repeating a prayer

1:47.3

or going through some of the motions is all that there is to salvation when Jesus made it very
