I know for me, meditation is not something that I quite frankly have given a lot of thought to

in a formal sense, but I'm kind of doing it without labeling it as such, or at least I think I am. For example,

I really enjoy scripture memorization. So in the process of memorizing a scripture,

I'm thinking about the meaning of the passage and how it applies to my life. I'm analyzing the verse to see what I can

learn from it and how God wants me to respond. And I'm also thinking of situations where I'll be

able to use that verse to help someone in need. So we're going to find out if any of these things
