I'm Josh Dupoff, Vanity Fair Senior Writer, and I'm here with Julie Miller, Vanity Fair's Senior Hollywood Writer.

On In The Limelight, we analyze the ins and outs of pop culture, entertainment, and celebrity from the past week,

from the Kardashians to Kate Middleton, and everything in between. So hopefully most of you,

or some of you, got to see the big lifetime premiere last night of Harry and Megan's becoming royal,

the second lifetime movie. We are going to discuss this at length,

I think, because we have a lot to say. It's obviously the fictionalized sequel. We should stress that.

They definitely take their liberties, which chronicles Megan and Harry's relationship from the

wedding planning stage right through to the baby news.

And I have to say just out of the gate that I really commend lifetime.

It's a somewhat bold endeavor, I would say, to attempt to recreate all of these events so

quickly after they've happened and on such a meager budget.

the bespoke wardrobes, the Queen Elizabeth, you know, is wearing.

It reminds me a little bit of when, not Halloween costumes, but like it was like the, it was a facsimile of every outfit, but with like a

weird vibe to it where it was like off, you know? Right. It's, it's amazing. It's brings a little

bit of camp to the doing. It's a lot of fun. So you kind of never forget that you're watching

this lifetime version, but I really loves it. And I also, I mean, just,

it's so brave to me that Lifetime dove straight into all these scandals leading up to the wedding,

like the Thomas Markle of it all, the Samantha Markle of it all. They got into the Oprah a little bit.

You don't look as impressed as I was. No, I think they did a really good... I mean, they, I was shocked at how much they got into.
