I've never appreciated the story of Joshua like I have before hearing Nancy teach through it in several series.

For about 10 years, when I was in my 20s and into my early 30s,

I traveled full-time year-round doing different kinds of ministry,

mostly doing women's conferences and seminars.

And during those years, I didn't have a home.

I lived out of a suitcase.

I lived in hotels for a period of time in there.

I lived in a motor home.

And finally the day came when the Lord changed the season of life and ministry for me, adjusted some

things. And I bought a piece of property and built a home by that time I was in my mid-30s.

And that was a big transition for me, from those years of traveling, living on the road,

to settling down. I still travel quite a bit, but not like I did in my 20s. And it was a
