Summary

(Part 2/2) On November 17, 2015, Jennifer Rosenbaum called 911 stating her two year old foster child Laila Daniel had choked on a chicken nugget. During the call, she expressed concern that she was performing the Heimlich Maneuver and CPR incorrectly, fearing she might be inadvertently injuring the child. Once the toddler arrived at the ER, her body told a far different story than what Jennifer Rosenbaum had been claiming all along.
