When did conflict in marriage begin?

Here's Dr. Wayne Grudham.

Before the fall, Adam and Eve had a relationship that was beautiful and harmonious and loving and kind.

And yet there was a leadership role that Adam had that Eve did not have.

After the fall, then God says, I'm going to introduce conflict here as a punishment.

And the conflict is, you're going to resist that authority that Adam has,

and Adam, you're going to rule over her by virtue of the fact that you're stronger, and there's

conflict.
